The mounted beetle (left) was reared from a dead elm (Ulmus sp.) branch found in Bøeclav (South Moravia, Czech Republic).
The living beetle was beaten from a dying elm (Ulmus sp.) near Perivoli (SW of Corfu Island, Greece).
