The depicted mounted beetles were collected in Chauvay (Чаувай) village environs (N40°08′03″ E72°11′30″; 1580 m a.s.l., Kadamjay district, Osh region, Kyrgyzstan) Kadamjay district, Batken region, Kyrgyzstan) on June 15, 2017. The living male beetle was reared from larva found in Caragana found in the same locality.
