Distribution:Turkey, Near East, Iran

The mounted beetle was collected in flight in Karadut (Nemrut Dagi National Park, Adiyaman prov., Anatolia, SE Turkey). The living specimen was collected on the host plant (Centaurea hyalolepis) in Akrotiri (South Cyprus).
