Nustera lindbergi, a rare and relatively little collected endemic Moroccan montane species, has been described as Strangalia lindbergi from Morocco (Djebel Amsitten) by André Villiers in 1943 [✧][▿]. Genus Nustera was estabilished by the same author in 1974 [★] and the species was assigned to this genus by Ozdikmen in 2013 [❖]. Larval biology of this interesting beetle is unknown. Adults, active in May and June, are diurnal and anthophilous.

Depicted beetle was collected in Jbel Mouchchene Mt. (N33°28′38″ W06°11′36″; 878 m a.s.l., 12 km SE Tiddas, Middle Atlas, Khémisset province, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, Morocco) on May 15, 2011.
