The depicted beetle was beaten from a blossoming hawthorn (Crataegus) in Katafigio Agrias Zois Kampos (Καταφύγιο Άγριας Ζωής Κάμπος) park (Karyes environs, Sparta municipality, Laconia, Peloponnese, Greece) on May 14, 2022.
