Stictoleptura deyrollei, a Caucasian-Transcaucasian species known from Georgia and North Turkey, has been described from Trabzon environs (Turkey) as Leptura deyrollei by Maurice Pic in 1895 [✧].

Life cycle:2 - 3 years [?]
Adults in:June - August
Host plant:unknown
Distribution:South Georgia, Turkey


The depicted beetles were collected on flowers (Apiaceae) in Sumela Monastery environs (Maçka district, Trabzon province, Black Sea region, North Turkey) on July 4, 1996 (♂) / July 4, 1996 (♀).
